About Us
Richard Black, director and manager has been involved in the agriculture and machinery business all his life. Growing up on the family dairy farm and joining A.M.L&F. the Massey Ferguson dealer at the time in the livestock section before transferring to the machinery section, Richard now has more than 40 years of experience with Massey Ferguson and farm machinery.
Our Sales People
Matthew has been involved with the Agricultural industry all his life having grown up on his parents mixed farm in the Maclagan District. He completed his education at the Dalby Agricultural College and commenced work as a parts interpreter with Elders Machinery the Massey Ferguson dealer at that time. With the formation of B & B Machinery, Matthew started his sales career selling new & used machinery in 1998 he took over the roll of sales manager. Since this time he has done a enormous amount to lift the profile of the products we sell and service.
Our Parts & Service Team
Kris joined the team in 2000 as a trainee spare parts interpreter and has since completed his parts traineeship and parts interpreter certificate with TAFE. He has received an Outstanding Achievement Award from Agco for the manner in which he operates the spare parts department. Kris is aware of how important it is for parts to be there and on time.
Greg Plant was also with Elders Pastoral and stayed with the company after the takeover. With some 40 years experience in the machinery industry Greg has a broad knowledge of all matters relating to the machinery and parts associated with the pastoral industry.
Mick our service department foreman completed his apprenticeship with us and is now our service department foreman. Mick has completed all relevant service training for our product range and is a highly skilled technician.
James grew up on the mixed family farm in the Lockyer Valley and has completed his training from school based apprentice to qualified technician with us. James has also completed all relevant service training.
Hamish has now completed his school based apprenticeship and has commenced a full time apprenticeship with us.
Jaden grew up on the family dairy farm and has completed the first year of his school based apprenticeship.
